Marine Business Line

Orbit is an experienced, dedicated designer and manufacturer of Marine Stabilized Satellite Systems in the fields of two- way (Tx/Rx) communication and entertainment (satellite T.V.) systems for commercial, private and military customers.
High-speed communication has become as critical on sea as it is on land. Two way (Tx/Rx) Data, Internet, Telephone, Fax, Video and Video conferencing improve day-to-day operations and allow customers continuous contact while at sea. Orbit offers a wide range of maritime solutions with antenna sizes ranging from 80cm up to 2.8m. The systems can be deployed on cargo & cruise ships, oilrigs, yachts and other marine vessels. Orbit markets its products in two series:
The TVRO series, supporting antenna sizes ranging from 80cm to 2.8m in C & Ku-Bands, is a cost effective solution designed for Satellite TVRO Marine Entertainment Systems.
The Tx/Rx series, supporting antenna sizes ranging from 1.13m to 2.8m in C or Ku-Bands, is designed for high performance satellite tracking for Tx/Rx (two-way) satellite communication. The system is used for applications such as intranet, data, video conferencing, telephone and fax.
The systems utilize state-of-the-art technology for private, commercial and military applications.

Orbit develops and manufactures antenna positioning and tracking subsystems (pedestals, controllers, antenna etc ), as well as  complete turnkey tracking systems. Orbit delivers full tracking systems or subsystems to end-users or to system houses.
